Testing Is OVER!

For everyone who tested this past week, we are so proud of you! This was one of the best testings we’ve had in a long time, and we are glad that you were a part of it! Along with testing ending this weekend, the Olympics wrapped up, and there were some exciting things that happened! What I’d like you to take from this past weekend is that in order for you to do well at something, you have to struggle. If everything comes easy for you, you will never feel that need to push yourself past your limits. Author Napoleon Hill wrote in one of his books, “Most great people have attained their greatest success just one step beyond their greatest failure.” This weekend I saw that come true for many of our students. We had three students test who had received no changes at the last testing in June. All three came back with a fire that I haven’t seen from them before. All three passed. Sometimes you need to get knocked down to come back at your full potential. I am excited for this week’s awards ceremony where we will see one of our largest amount of 1^st Degree Decided Black Belts promoted at once, and where we get to hear a little bit from their families about their journey.
